Inquiry: Do you know what belongs where?
This activity was the first activity I implemented and the purpose of this activity was to see whether the children could tell what belongs underwater versus what belongs on land. Not only did I add animals that belonged in both but I also added everyday items such as phones, cars and plants.

Inquiry: Do different textures make cars go faster?
Children were given different materials on-ramps to test how far the toy cars would travel. They had to determine whether or not the different materials would cause the cars to travel at different speeds and distances. Children were asked to test them side by side.

Activity | 03 Exploring Textures

Inquiry: What do textures look like?
Different materials were found outside and around the classroom to help children with textures. Children usually only feel different textures, but now they were able to see the different textures as well.

Activity | 04 Geometric Shape Building

Inquiry: Where/how do these pieces fit?
This activity was similar to a puzzle where the children had to take pieces of different shapes and fit them into the different outlines. There was a small-sized paper outline and two larger ones; one being the easier one and the other being more challenging.
