Inquiry: Following cutting lines
This activity was the first activity I implemented within this placement site. Some of the kindergartens in my class were struggling with cutting lines. This activity taught them how to hold scissors properly and follow different types of lines.

Activity | 02 Pumpkin Seed Counting​

Inquiry: Can we match the number of seeds to the number on the pumpkin?
Children were given these pumpkin sheets where they had to match the correct about of pumpkin seeds with the number on the sheet. This activity allowed the children to work on their matching and counting skills

Activity | 03 Leaf Patterning

Inquiry: What are patterns?
Children were shown an example I created of an ABB pattern and were allowed to either do AB or ABB patterns with leaves to follow our current theme.
Junior Kindergarten: given coloured leaves to create their pattern
Senior Kindergarten: given white leaves they have to colour their own pattern
