Inquiry: How many apples can we stack on top?

This activity was the first activity I implemented as a video lesson plan due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the purpose of this activity was to see how many flour-filled balloons as "apples" can we stack on top of each other. This activity started with a read-out-loud of Dr. Suess's Ten Apples On Top followed by children attempting to stack with reading the book out loud again.

Activity | 02 How Are We Feeling?

Inquiry: Do we know what different feelings are in our home language and English?

This activity was also implemented as a video lesson plan due to the pandemic. The purpose of this activity is to help children with knowing what basic feelings are in both English and their home language. This activity started with reading the book How Do We Feel? by Anthony Browne followed by children working with their families to fill out a chart to what each feelings are in their home language then transferred onto a chart paper where it will be posted in the classroom.
